ProgressPilot (“we”, “us”, “our”) helps you turn project photos and notes into progress presentations. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we keep it safe.

1. Information we collect

When you use ProgressPilot, you upload project files, site photos and written statements. This content is processed to generate your presentation slides. We do not ask for or collect sensitive personal information such as government IDs, payment details or location data.

2. How your data is stored

Project information and generated presentations are stored in your browser's local storage and, where you choose to sign in, in your account on our backend service. Uploaded files and photos are kept so you can continue a project later and download updated decks.

3. How we use your information

We use your uploaded content only to provide the ProgressPilot service: parsing your previous deck, generating slide text, placing photos, and producing the downloadable .pptx file. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

4. Sharing your information

We do not share your project content with third parties except when necessary to operate the service, such as sending content to our AI provider to generate slide text. We do not allow third parties to use your data for their own purposes.

5. Data retention

Your projects and decks remain available while your account is active. You can delete a project at any time from the Projects page. If you delete your account, your stored data is removed within a reasonable period.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect data in transit and at rest. However, no online service can guarantee complete security, so please avoid uploading highly confidential or classified materials.

7. Your rights

You can view, update or delete your projects from within the app. To request account deletion or ask about your data, contact us using the details below.
