These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of ProgressPilot (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

ProgressPilot is a web application that lets you upload an existing progress presentation, add new photos and statements, and generate a new .pptx deck that continues the style and structure of the previous report.

2. Your content

You retain ownership of the presentations, photos and text you upload. You grant us permission to process that content solely to provide the Service, including generating slide text and arranging images.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload and use any content you submit, and that your use of the Service complies with applicable laws and agreements with your clients or employer.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes, but is not limited to: uploading content that infringes someone else's rights; uploading malware or harmful files; attempting to gain unauthorized access; or using the Service to harass, defraud or deceive others.

4. Accounts

Some features may require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Availability and changes

We may update, change or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will try to give reasonable notice for significant changes, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated presentations will be error-free, complete or suitable for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing the output before sharing or submitting it.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProgressPilot and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms of Use from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this page, and continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised terms.
